Zucchini - Dehydrated
Our dehydrated baby marrows are made with locally grown, organic courgettes (a few names for the zucchinis!). It's the perfect addition to your Asian inspired noodle dish, pesto pasta, or a side for your braaied dinner.
20g rehydrates to 70g of cooked vegetables.
Shelf Life: 1 year
1. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water.
2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Cook on a stove for 5-7 minutes.
