Our dehydrated red peppers are made with locally grown, organic red peppers. It's the perfect addition to your Asian inspired noodle dish, pesto pasta, or a side for your braaied dinner.

20g rehydrates to 65g of cooked vegetables. 

Shelf Life: 1 year 

Our 3 Cooking Methods:

1. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water. 
2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes. 
3. Cook on a stove for 5-7 minutes.
