This deeply flavoured Nigerian inspired rice dish is made with peppers, tomatoes, Pesto Princess harissa and is served with black beans for some extra protein.
1 serving (130g) rehydrates to 400g of cooked food.
Made with: Tomatoes, rice, onion, red pepper, black beans, ginger, garlic, coconut oil, coconut sugar, spices and salt.
1. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water.
2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Cook on a stove for 8-12 minutes.
