Our Vegan Bolognese is made with soya mince, a protein rich substitute. Cooked in a Napoletana sauce, carrots and baby marrows with some green peas for that nostalgic Mama trying to get you to eat your greens :) 

Soya Mince has up to 60g protein per 100g, this is a great option for those who are powering up the mountains! 

Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat), tomatoes, soya mince, onion, carrot, baby marrow, peas, GF stock powder, organic coconut oil, garlic, coconut sugar, salt, herbs. 

1 serving (150) rehydrates to 400g of cooked food. 

Our 3 Cooking Methods:

1. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water. 
2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes. 
3. Cook on a stove for 8-12 minutes. 

Each meal comes with a an Oryx sachet of salt & pepper.
