Pear and Chocolate Oats

Ingredients:  Oats, cocoa, dried pear (sulphur dioxide), coconut sugar, salt.

1 serving rehydrates to 260g of cooked food. 

Easy to prepare: Our oats can be prepared two ways. You can pour cold water directly into the packaging and soak overnight, the oats will be ready to eat in the morning. Alternatively you can also cook the oats in a pot, adding twice as much water as oats for five minutes. 

Shelf life: 1 year from delivery.
